A Way to Catch Patterns

This project is not for drawing patterns, but we have started it to discover patterns on around us. And we will collect them as like collecting insects.

We will introduce the method of collecting patterns along with patterns itself and commodities which are made with the patterns.

A Way to Catch Patterns by Shadow
影の模様を採る

Various objects make a shadow in the streets.
We made a tool which can take only a pattern out of the streets, and extracted the patterns of shadow.

街中でよく見かける影のある景色。
その景色の中から「影」だけを写し取れるツールをつくって、「影の模様」を集めました。

This is a letter paper which is printed a favorite pattern from shadows.
Each bag contains 30 sheets for 3 different patterns(each pattern has 10 sheets).

We will release how to make a machine for collecting patterns and free patterns gallery as our project [Daily Recipes] on this website.

気に入った模様を転写してつくった、便箋と一筆箋。
それぞれ3種類のパターンが10枚ずつ入っています。

ツールのつくり方と模様のフリーギャラリーは、fiftのプロジェクト「Daily Recipes」にて準備中です。
